How Doxci Works

We’ve streamlined our process to ensure that our clients can see a deployable solution in days, not months.

Step 1: Document Discovery

  • Identify documents with manual touchpoint(s)
  • We learn your workflow
  • We review 12-15 sample documents
  • Make sure both parties are clear on the objectives

Step 2: Proof of Concept

  • A live demo is performed with your unique documents
  • We demonstrate auxiliary workflow automations
  • Determine volume expectations and final pricing
  • Discuss build/implementation timelines

Step 3: Implementation

  • Configure all AI models and optimize for accuracy and speed
  • Identify and build any necessary custom integrations
  • Perform quality control check and adjust any minor parameters (such as the optional human validation feature)

Step 4: Process Execution

  • Faster document processing
  • More revenue
  • Lower operations cost
  • Increased team morale
  • Continued system improvements & ongoing support

What Sets Us Apart

Doxci takes a radically different approach to document processing that is unlike anything the industry has ever seen.

Less training data required

Other solutions require a MINIMUM of 100 documents to train on, but Doxci can deliver super results with less than 15 sample documents. If other unstructured document processors free you from templates, why do they need so many documents to train on?

Usage Based Model

No licensing fees or annual minimums! Only pay for what you use. On top of superior quality, Doxci is cheaper than most alternative solutions on the market.

It’s Not A Platform

It is a simple tool that operates almost entirely in the background. We deliver more efficiency to your team without changing their current work. There is no need to learn new software.

Superior AI

Doxci was trained on over 12 terabytes of language, amounting to over 4.4 BILLION lines of dialogue. You don’t need to hire any data scientists to use/improve the software, we did all the hard work for you so that you can skip to the good stuff.

Data Security

We know how sensitive enterprise documentation can be, so we never store your data! Everything is encrypted until it is secure behind the firewall in our cloud. After the data is finished processing, it gets re-encrypted, sent back to you, and all traces are removed from our system. If needed, we can install Doxci on your private cloud or on-premises.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are here to simplify the complicated both in document processing and understanding.

Most intelligent document processing solutions (IDPs) have an interface that the user must learn to navigate in order to run their own model training, identify issues, and the like. Doxci doesn’t have any of that. We simply put a folder on your desktop that’s “wired” to our system. From your perspective, all you see is a folder and a little window that pops up to verify the results after the extraction.

Well…. that’s somewhat of a trade secret. The quick version is that most solutions focus on “topology,” where the words are located on the page. Since enterprise documents have many different structures, topological models struggle with larger documents and require thousands of examples to generalize properly. Doxci focuses on language comprehension instead of topology, similar to what you are doing as you read this. Models can generalize context much easier than they can document structure, so the result is easier training with less data.

The longest part of the process is integration. Depending on the complexity of your systems, the integration can take up to about 2-3 weeks. Setting up and training your model instance can typically be done within a week. In most cases, we can go from the initial meeting to the final solution in about 4-6 weeks and only require about 2 hours of meeting time with you to make that happen.

If a human being can read it and understand the subject matter, then so can Doxci. This goes for handwriting too; as long as the handwriting is legible enough for a human to read, Doxci will do just fine.
